You have not met the criteria required.

To be referred for Barostim you must have been:

• Diagnosed with heart failure.
• Must be taking heart failure medications as prescribed by a doctor.
• Must feel excessively fatigued and / or breathless when performing daily activities due to heart failure.
• Must have an Ejection Fraction (EF)of 35% or less, or be implanted with a defibrillator.
• Cannot be implanted with an LVAD.
