Rewards & recognition programs
Thank You program: Employees can recognize each other by sending out up to 5 emails per year recognizing other employees for going above and beyond and/or who stand out through their representation of a CVRx value. The recognized employee receives a gift card.
Night on the Town: Department heads can award individuals who have made significant contributions by awarding them a night on the town. The recognized employee can get dinner, tickets to a show, something for their family, etc.
Service Anniversary program: Employees are recognized for their service at 5, 10, and 15-year milestones. Based on the milestone, the employee is awarded points they can use to purchase an item of their choosing from an online store.
